The National Institute of Design invites sealed tenders from the reputed and experienced civil contractors with technical capabilities for mezzanine flooring works to be carry out at NID campus, Ahmedabad.
The blank tender forms are available from NID Accounts Department during office hours on working days, on non refundable cash payment of Rs. 1500/- per copy.
The cost of tender form of Rs. 1500/- shall be paid by Pay order / DD of any nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of “National Institute of Design” payable at Ahmedabad, along with dully filled in tender form, failing which the tender will not be considered.
The tender document dully filled in and accompanied by EMD of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lakh only) by Pay order / DD of any nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of “National Institute of Design” payable at Ahmedabad, shall be submitted with the Technical bid to the office of “ The Secretary & Head, General Administration, National Institute of Design, Paldi, Ahmedabad 380 007” up to 3.00 PM on 22nd April 2013. The offers without EMD will not be considered.
The NID reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
